Mr Clark is a Tjap/Peek Whurrong Traditional Owner from South West Victoria with over 30years’ experience in Indigenous affairs. He is a strong believer in Aboriginal peoples right to self determination and passionate about developing and providing opportunities for his people to improve their economic and social outcomes. Working in a variety of fields has given him a strong background in business management, stakeholder relations, governance, marketing and tourism.

He has a Graduate Certificate in Applied Science for Environmental & Heritage Interpretation, Deakin University, a Cert IV in Building and Construction, is an alumni of the Murra Indigenous Business Masterclass program at Melbourne University and has many years’ experience in senior management roles.
