Ben has vast experience in the construction industry. He has a strong interest in alternative and prefabricated construction technologies, searching for increased cost, time and quality efficiencies coupled with improved safety performance both on and offsite.

Ben’s experience includes working under various project contract arrangements including Construction Management and (Detailed) Design & Construct within the health, industrial, commercial, retail and other specialty fields. Ben continues to have a passion for challenging himself and consistently delivers demanding projects while maintaining a very cohesive project team environment.

Ben had a successful career at the Icon Group spanning over 10 years before transferring to Barpa in 2019 as its East coast Operations Manager. In 2023 Ben was promoted to the General Manager role.
