Indigenous Engagement Officer - VIC
We are advertising for an Indigenous Engagement Officer to support the growth of Barpa nationally by enhancing Barpa’s position as an Indigenous employer of choice.
The role will involve assisting with the delivery of the Barpa’s Indigenous employment and retention goals, leading, monitoring, developing and evaluating Barpa’s Indigenous Engagement initiatives, maintaining and building relationships with Indigenous communities and organisations and developing relationships with tertiary and other training institutions.

Construction Opportunities — NT & WA
Your chance to work for a majority owned Indigenous Construction company that operates nationally. Due to increasing project opportunities in the Northern Territory, Barpa are seeking Expressions of Interest for construction professionals in the following roles:
- Project Managers
- Contract Administrators
- Site Managers
- Site Supervisors
To be a successful candidate, you will have experience working in a similar role within the construction industry. You will also possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, well organised and have a strong desire to learn.
Experience working on Defence based projects is an advantage but not necessary. Mentoring and support will be provided to help achieve a successful transition into your career in construction and build a solid base for a long-term career with Barpa. We have projects based in NT and WA and there are opportunities to work interstate.
