Luke has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry delivering design and construct projects in the Defence, Education, Health and Infrastructure sectors.

Commencing as a Junior Estimator/Project Manager in Cairns in 2002, Luke moved to London to Project Manage a major residential development. He then returned to North Queensland in 2008 where he has managed projects both on the client and contractors’ side. Luke then commenced with Barpa as a Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Project Manager and then into QLD Construction Manager.

Luke is responsible for the strategic management of all Barpa projects in Queensland.  He works closely with the project delivery team to achieve the clients’ objectives whilst operating in accordance with Barpa’s Construction Management framework.
