Jordan Falla, Indigenous Coordinator

Jordan is a proud Noongar / Wongi man who grew up on Eastern Maar Country in Victoria. Jordan is a trained draftsperson who joined Barpa in 2021 bringing a sound knowledge of the construction industry as well as hands-on experience working in the Aboriginal community. He is a hardworking team member who prides himself on his solid work ethic.

As a draftsperson Jordan worked on projects throughout Melbourne and the Surf Coast exposing him to the local construction industry, subcontractors and suppliers. Prior to joining Barpa, Jordan was employed as a Housing Officer at Aboriginal Housing Victoria, visiting and assisting community members across metropolitan Melbourne and eastern Victoria. He enjoyed the experience as it provided him with an insight into other communities and the opportunity to meet many influential Aboriginal elders and individuals.

In his role as Indigenous Engagement Coordinator, Jordan works to further develop and deliver upon Barpa’s Indigenous procurement and policies and commitments. Since commencing he has built strong relationships with Indigenous stakeholders while growing Barpa’s Indigenous subcontractor and supplier channels as well as developing and implementing Indigenous Engagement initiatives.
