Matheos has over 20 years experience in the construction industry, working at various levels including Contracts Manager, Project Manager and General Manager of smaller businesses.

Matt is extremely strong contractually and commercially, great in managing and inspiring staff as well as driving programs and boots on ground delivery. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging from $5M – $98M across aged-care, apartments, education, government and retail.

As Construction Manager, Matheos oversees projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are finished on time, within budget, and compliant with safety codes.

He acts as the central coordinator, preparing budgets and solving on-site issues. His role involves balancing cost efficiency, quality control, and safety regulations.
