The NT Master Builders’ annual Excellence in Building and Constructions (EBC) Awards is the largest industry event held in Northern Australia.
Barpa entered it’s Rowell Centre Project, for the EBC Defence Facility award.
This 12 month long project completed in April 2020 for the Department of Defence, involved the removal of long-term mould contamination from the centre, including cleaning, demolition and disposal internal fit-out finishes, removal of roof and wall cladding, windows, doors, minor modifications & repairs.
Our team then performed full reconstruction & replacement works to the building including façade, roof, walls, ceilings, flooring, joinery, fittings, hydraulics, mechanical & electrical, fire protection as well as reinstatement of furniture & FF&E etc.
Barpa is very proud of this project and winning the EBC award is great recognition for the Barpa NT teams great work.
