The Barpa team completed the internal fitout of a building in Cook Street, Cairns, QLD.

The project was completed for Cushman & Wakefield, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia.

The project was to renovate a 950m2 1st floor office space including, demolition, services reconfiguration, internal fit out works to create new offices, open plan work space, boardrooms, kitchen and disabled bathrooms.

Works included the installation of new Electrical, Communications, Mechanical & Hydraulic services accompanied with an internal revamp of ceiling tiles, floor finishes, joinery, painting and office furniture.
