This significant refurbishment involved the removal of long-term mould contamination from the centre, including cleaning, demolition and disposal internal fit-out finishes, removal of roof and wall cladding, windows, doors, minor modifications & repairs.
Our team then performed full reconstruction & replacement works to the building including façade, roof, walls, ceilings, flooring, joinery, fittings, hydraulics, mechanical & electrical, fire protection as well as reinstatement of furniture & FF&E etc.
