Barpa successfully completed two new Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) facilities, one at Aintree on Wurundjeri country, and the other at Point Cook on Bunurong country.

Both state-of-the-art facilities feature six drive-through motor bays, a modern kitchen, training room, office space as well as a range of amenities including solar panels, a backup generator and wheelchair access. At capacity, each facility can cater to up to 70 volunteers with ample room for future fleet expansion.

VICSES is a volunteer-based organisation, providing emergency assistance to minimise the impact of emergencies and strengthen the community’s capacity to plan, respond and recover, when emergencies occur.

Our team was proud to complete these fit for purpose emergency response facilities to support our communities in their times of need.
