In 2019 Barpa was engaged under a Western Program Alliance Contract on the Wyndham Vale Stabling Yards Project.

The Contract consisted of construction works including four buildings, being;
-Amenities Building
-Guardhouse Building
-Signalling Equipment Room Building
-Communications Equipment Room

The project presented a number of challenges, in being an operational site with adjacent live Rail corridor, which required significant consultant and stakeholder co-ordination which were all managed well.

Construction took 7 months to complete and Barpa engaged with Traditional Owners, Indigenous suppliers and sub-contractors.

Three Indigenous Barpa staff members worked on this project. Grant Kruger, Construction Manager for the Western Program Alliance stated that "together with the rest of the Barpa team were highly professional and collaborative in their approach to undertaking the works."
