The project involved renovating a 1000m2, 2nd floor office space including, demolition, services reconfiguration, and internal fit out works to create open work spaces, collaboration spaces, focus spaces, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, wellness facility, kitchen facilities and a reception and waiting area.

Barpa proudly achieved a 6% Indigenous business spend engaging several Aboriginal businesses on the project.

The team were able to meet a hard deadline to ensure the relocation of Kangan Institute’s staff to the new office space.
