Barpa was engaged by the Salvation Army to refurbish their Red Shield Hostel in Darwin’s CBD.
The project involved the refurbishment of a 69-bed hostel, including bedrooms, bathrooms, office, common areas, kitchens & laundries.
The scope also included the repair of minor structural damage, repainting all external facades & installing new wet and dry fire services throughout.
The Hostel provides short to 6 month accommodation for singles over 18 who are at risk of homelessness.
