Barpa as the head contractor undertook two main packages of work. The refurbishment of the Engineering and Design Centre and the construction of a new Student Plaza area.

The Engineering and Design Centre is equipped with the latest technology and tools to support students in the areas of engineering, design, alongside the broader Industrial Design and Technology subjects. While the Student Plaza provides a vibrant and flexible space for students to gather, study, and collaborate.

This upgraded and greatly enhanced space aims to foster creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills essential for future careers in a variety of technical fields. In addition, the school community now has a fantastic hub for events, further boosting school spirit and pride
